Policy

Please read our policy before booking any services. By booking a service you are in agreement to the terms and condition of each policy listed below.

• For all services, you are required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment date and time. Your deposit will go towards the remaining balance.

• The remaining balance will be due at the end of service and accepted via cash, Zelle, or cash app only.

• If you need to reschedule, please do so 24 hours in advance from appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a 25% service charge of service balance.

• Each IV therapy treatment is custom crafted based on the individual needs of the client, therefore once our on site provider prepares a drip, it is the responsibility of the client to purchase and receive the therapy.

• In rare cases, it may be difficult to locate a vein that is suitable for IV therapy. Our team will attempt an IV 3 times. If unsuccessful after the third attempt, we will gladly administer a vitamin or medication of your choice intramuscularly and refund your deposit for the service.
